Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible. To ensure we can continue to operate efficiently while accommodating all clients, our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required at the time of booking to secure your horse’s transport.

• Deposits are applied toward the total transport cost.

2. Cancellations

• More than 48hrs before transport date: Deposit is retained, but no further charges will apply.

  • 12hrs before transport date: 50% of the transport fee (minus deposit) will be charged.

3. Rescheduling

• We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.

• If rescheduling is requested at least 48hrs before the original date, the deposit may be transferred to a future booking (within 12 months).

• Rescheduling with less than 48hrs notice may incur additional charges.

4. No-Show Policy

• If the horse is not presented for collection at the scheduled time and place, the full transport fee will be charged.

5. Company Cancellations

• In the unlikely event we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, or horse welfare concerns), all payments made will be refunded in full or transferred to a future booking, if preferred at our discretion.

6. Emergency Circumstances

• We recognise that unforeseen emergencies can occur (e.g., horse illness, veterinary advice, human medical emergency or illness). In such cases, we will require a vet/doctors certificate to review your case for refund for any payments made.
